A while back I showed how I transport all my gear when I travel using the ThinkTank Airport International V2.0. While that bag is great to travel with or when Im going to shoot sports its not a bag I want to carry around on a daily basis. My go to bag is a ThinkTank belt set.
Here's what I normally have on the ThinkTank belt:
- ThinkTank Hubba Hubba Hiney
-ThinkTank Lens Changer 50
-ThinkTank Lens Changer 75 Pop Down
I also have a ThinkTank Skin Chimp Cage for when I need an extra bag for other accessories, lenses, bodies etc. The Skin Chimp Cage has been discontinued and has been replaced by the Skin Body Bag.
In the setup I normally carry I can hold:
-Nikon 70-200 f2.8
-Nikon 28-70 f2.8
-Nikon 50 f1.8
-Nikon SB-800
-Sekonic L-358 Light Meter
-X-Rite ColorChecker Passport
-2x Pocket Wizards
-Umbrella mount
-2x Flash sync cables
-Extra Camera Battery
-Extra AA Batteries
-Extra Memory Cards
-Notebook
-Pens/ sharpies
Just a note I normally carry my camera on a BlackRapid strap so I can get to it quickly, easily and start shooting. This is my favorite setup because its small, lightweight and can be carried several ways. I can wear it as a belt, over my shoulder, or just hand carry it. The only other thing I will note, when I shoot with off camera flash I do have a light stand bag I carry my light stand and shoot through umbrella in.
