While most people were getting ready to watch the Super Bowl last weekend, there was a group of people that were getting ready to watch three puppies from Virginia Beach that participated in the 2018 Animal Planet Puppy Bowl. I got to go down to the Virginia Beach SPCA Puppy Bowl Tailgate Party and photograph the three local puppies for the newspaper. Enjoy.

First Modeling Shoot of 2018
I took a break for about a month from doing any modeling photography 1) because I was moving to a new house and 2) I needed a break from doing shoots before I burned out going into 2018. With that being said, I did my first modeling shoot of 2018 a few weeks ago and and I think it turned out pretty good. Here are a few shots from that shoot. Enjoy.
First Sports of 2018
2018 has started out pretty busy for me shooting sports. Last weekend I ended up shooting two basketball games and wrestling. Besides the terrible lighting (except for Norfolk State) and the lack of places to shoot from, all three were pretty good but it reminded me how much I miss shooting outdoors. End of 2017 brought some changes to me personally and to my photography. I bought a new house in November and with the new house I have a new space to shoot in. Football Playoffs
Its that time of the year again for football playoffs. Week three wrapped up last week and the games have all been incredible so far. Here are a few photos from the past three games.
Grand Illumination Parade
Kicking off the holiday season, Norfolk held the 33rd annual Grand Illumination Parade. This year the Grand Illumination Parade's theme was "From Sea to Shining Sea" and was an official Norfolk Naval Station Centennial Event.
Virginia Fashion Week 2017
2017 was the 10th anniversary of Virginia Fashion Week and the second year I got to photograph it. The final night was held at the Harbor Club in Norfolk Waterside and once again was a great experience. Here are a few of the photographs from Virginia Fashion Week.
Some Guy Named Richard
As the title said I had the opportunity to photograph some guy named Richard Starkey. While that name might not sound familiar, the name Ringo Starr might ring a bell. Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band performed at the Ted Constant Convocation Center and, as you could have guessed, they sounded amazing. Here are a few of the photos.

NCAAFB: Florida A&M vs Norfolk State
Went out a couple weeks ago to photograph the Florida A&M vs Norfolk State football game. Great back and forth game that ended up with Norfolk State scoring the winning touchdown with less than a minute to go making the final score 35-28. Enjoy.
